On the eve of the 236th anniversary of USA independence day, I placed on the Havana boardwalk a version of the Statue of Liberty. At the same time, I sent a letter to the Interests Section of the United States Embassy in Cuba, informing them about the gift that was given in the name of the Cuban people.
